Peter has been CEO of Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB) since 2001 and has overseen the business as it has grown to become the UK’s most recognised intermediary consumer brand, winning more than 200 national awards for the quality of its advice and service. Now, MAB comprises a network of 2000+ advisers offering expert mortgage advice on a local, regional, and national level to UK consumers digitally, face-to-face and by phone. Mortgage Advice Bureau handles more than £20bn of loans annually, and was the first mortgage intermediary to have floated on the London Stock Exchange, having joined the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in November 2014.
Gareth joined Mortgage Advice Bureau in December 2004, and works closely with its Sales & Distribution teams and business partners across the UK. With more than 35 years’ experience, he held various roles across the mortgage service industry prior to joining MAB.

Frances Cassidy is Head of Strategic & Technology Partnerships at Lloyds Banking Group, where she leads transformative initiatives that bridge innovation and impact across the intermediary mortgage landscape. With a career rooted in strategic thinking and collaborative delivery, Frances is known for championing broker enablement, driving API adoption, and fostering inclusive partnerships that shape the future of lending.
Frances' leadership spans major industry collaborations, including the Halifax API integration with Mortgage Brain, and she plays a pivotal role in upskilling BDM teams and empowering brokers through data literacy and technology education. Frances brings a pragmatic yet visionary approach to change, ensuring that digital transformation is not just implemented—but embraced.
Gareth joined MT Finance as Commercial Director in 2018, rising to Managing Director in 2023, and most recently transitioning to Deputy CEO. With over 20 years’ experience in financial services, he was instrumental in the launch of the company’s regulated bridging, buy-to-let and commercial mortgage departments. In his current role, he oversees the integrated success of the entire group, ensuring each division complements the others and contributes to MT Finance's overarching growth strategy and vision of being the go-to specialist lender in the market.
Raphael has over 12 years’ experience in the specialist finance industry across regulated and unregulated bridging, refurbishment and development finance, with a specialised focus on underwriting and credit risk.
He is CEMAP qualified and has proven experience in managing underwriting teams, improving lending processes and delivering excellent customer outcomes, with a demonstrated track record of exceeding targets.
He joined MT Finance in 2020 and was tasked with setting up and managing the new regulated bridging department. Promoted to Director of Bridging in March 2025, he is responsible for overseeing the regulated and unregulated underwriting teams and the overall management and performance of MT Finance’s bridging offering.
Neil Wyatt is an experienced sales and marketing leader with over 25 years of experience in the UK mortgage and financial technology sector. He is currently the Sales & Marketing Director at Mortgage Brain, where he leads customer-facing teams, drives strategic growth initiatives, and champions innovation in mortgage technology. In this role, Neil has been instrumental in transforming operations and enhancing how brokers and lenders interact with mortgage tech solutions that streamline processes and deliver real impact. His years of working within the mortgage industry have given him keen insight into both commercial strategy and practical execution.
As a mentor, Neil combines his extensive industry knowledge with a collaborative leadership approach. He is passionate about supporting the next generation of industry talent at Mortgage Brain, encouraging emerging professionals to build resilience, think innovatively, and advance their careers in a rapidly changing market.
Pollyanna is a seasoned marketer with three decades' of experience across financial services and professional services. Her busy role as Head of Marketing for technology leader Mortgage Brain perfectly combines two of her professional passions - brand strategy and the mortgage industry.
Pollyanna started out as a marketing executive straight from college and through hard work, drive and a desire to get stuck in and learn, she's carved out an exciting and fulfilling career as a talented marketer. She has since gone on to build numerous diverse marketing teams, deliver impactful, integrated B2B and B2C campaigns, and also manage complex firm rebrands across international markets. She's a natural people-person and excellent communicator, which coupled with her years of lived work experience, make her a valuable and natural choice when it comes to mentoring.

Paul Adams is Sales Director at Pepper Money, a leading UK specialist mortgage lender. He oversees the sales strategy and broker engagement, which includes managing relationships with networks, clubs, and packagers to deliver outstanding service and sustainable lending solutions.
Paul is passionate about supporting brokers and customers in navigating complex lending needs. He champions initiatives that combine commercial success with customer-centric outcomes, aligning closely with FCA Consumer Duty principles. His leadership style is rooted in empowerment and resilience, reflected in campaigns such as Be More You, which promote wellbeing and confidence within the broker community.

Phil is a strategic marketing and communications leader with over 15 years’ experience in financial services, including 12 years in specialist lending. At Pepper Money, he leads award-winning, broker-centric strategies across marketing, brand, PR, events, digital, and broker experience, where he is as focused on elevating people as he is on performance.
Phil has developed and delivered some of the industry’s most impactful initiatives, including Pepper’s Specialist Lending Study and the multi-award-winning Be More You campaign, as well as advocating for mortgage administrators and their vital role. His PR and policy work on Shared Ownership continues to achieve national coverage, securing Downing Street engagement and leading to tangible lending growth.
Passionate about developing and retaining talent, Phil co-founded the Mortgage Marketing Meetups, a UK-wide initiative designed to connect mortgage marketing professionals and is excited to be an MS NextGen mentor, where he is committed to helping develop the next generation of leaders across the UK mortgage market.
